We are Mister Rico Catering + Fine Foods, we are based on the Shoreline in Madison, CT and we service CT, MA, RI, NY and NJ. We are a team of passionate chefs, cooks and hospitality providers with 125+ years of combined experience.
Some of us have worked for/with the best chefs in the world (ie Virgilio M. / Central Restaurante in Lima, Peru). Our cuisine specialities are Peruvian + Latin American, American, Italian , French, Chinese, Japanese and all of the associated relevant fusion. We are also experts in pastries and cakes, sweets as well.
